Your first session is a "getting to know you" period where we discuss your history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. The first session will allow you to assess if we’re the right fit for you. If you feel it’s not quite the right match, we’ll help you find the right therapist—whether with our practice or not—no justification required!

There is no set timeline for healing, as some clients find relief in a few months while others prefer long-term exploratory work. We will regularly check in on your progress to ensure our sessions remain effective and aligned with your evolving needs.

We currently offer flexible, high-quality Telehealth sessions that allow you to prioritize your mental health from any private space that feels comfortable.

While we are currently a virtual-first practice, we are actively working toward opening a physical location to offer in-person sessions in the near future. We believe in meeting our clients where they are—both technologically and geographically—as we continue to expand our options for care.

We are currently in-network with several major providers, and for out-of-network care, we can provide "superbills" for you to submit for potential reimbursement. Please reach out to our administrative team with your specific plan details so we can give you a clear breakdown of your expected costs per session.
