Direct Pay & Sliding Scale

We’re committed to transparent, supportive financial care. If you don’t have insurance, can’t afford our fees, and can’t access our sliding scale options, we’ll still connect with you to help you find the resources and support you need, no cost to you!

Individual therapy is available at a rate of $175 per session. We offer this direct-pay model for those who prefer to manage their care independently of insurance providers.

Couples therapy is available at a rate of $275 per session. At this time we do not accept insurance for this service. We may be able to assist you in reimbursement should your insurance provide Out Of Network (OON) coverage options.

For those who wish to utilize their insurance benefits, we will help you confirm your out-of-network coverage and can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

We are committed to making care accessible for those facing financial barriers. Depending on individual need, we offer a sliding scale that can reduce the cost of sessions by up to 50% off our standard direct-pay rate.
